The units ship without a 9V battery which needs to be installed by the user.
Open the lid and slide the battery into place, it should sit tightly in place.
Press the black button on the outside of the unit to test if the unit is operational
Battery LED States:
Green = Good
Yellow = Ok
Red = Needs to be replaced soon

The LED will be red when there is no connectivity between the two cables

The Flexi Wear Desktop software will add connectivity to a Flexi-Wear device. Each device become a Node which transmits status information to a receiver connected to a PC.
The received status information will be displayed on a screen so that a operator can monitor each device's information, such as:
ID
Battery status
Cable status
GPS coordinates
RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator)

The status of the wear indicators will be vissible on a webpage, which can be viewed on a phone
